Privacy policy
Schedule X is an independent timetable client for students with an existing Eduvos WebUntis account. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official product of Eduvos, Untis GmbH or WebUntis.
Data the app handles
Schedule X handles the school email address and password entered by the user, WebUntis authentication information, timetable records, subject aliases and colours, reminder settings and locally generated timetable change alerts.
How data is used
This information is used only to authenticate with Eduvos WebUntis, display and cache the timetable, check for timetable changes and schedule notifications selected by the user. It is not used for advertising, analytics, profiling or marketing.
Transfers and sharing
Login credentials and timetable requests are sent directly from the user's device to eduvos-campus.webuntis.com over HTTPS. Schedule X has no intermediary server, advertising SDK or analytics SDK. BTT Studios does not receive or sell this information.
Storage and security
Authentication information, cached timetables, alerts and notification settings are stored only on the device and encrypted with AES-GCM using a non-exportable key managed by Android Keystore. Android cloud backup and device transfer extraction are disabled. Cleartext network traffic is blocked.
Background processing
If reminders are enabled, Schedule X periodically contacts WebUntis in the background to refresh the timetable, identify changes and keep notifications accurate. Notifications can be disabled in Schedule X or Android settings.
Retention and deletion
Local information remains while the user is signed in. Selecting "Log out and delete local data" removes stored credentials, sessions, timetable caches, alerts, aliases, colours and reminder settings. Uninstalling also deletes app-private data.
Children
Schedule X is intended for higher education students with an existing institutional account and is not directed to children under 13.

Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its effective date before the related app update is released.
